In case of change of mind or errors during order placement, you will be refunded the amount minus system handling fees.
Shipping costs within the European Union are included in the purchase price of the product. For destinations outside the EU, you must send an email to [info@ubaproject.com](mailto:info@ubaproject.com) for a quote.
Any customs duties and import taxes, determined by the destination country, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be intact, not tampered with, in the same working condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the amount paid, minus the handling fees. The refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a variable period, depending on the processing times of banking institutions.
Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
